Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Kezia Farms, we take great care in packaging and shipping our products. Due to the nature of food and consumable products, all sales are considered final.

Returns

We do not accept returns of any products once they have been delivered.

For reasons of food safety, hygiene, quality control, and consumer protection, products cannot be returned after delivery.

Customers are requested to review product details carefully before placing an order.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for any products.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To investigate the issue, we may require:

  • Order number
  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the outer packaging
  • Photographs showing the damage or issue

Requests submitted without sufficient evidence may not be eligible for review.

Refunds

Refunds are granted solely at the discretion of Kezia Farms.

After reviewing the evidence provided, we may:

  • Approve a full refund
  • Approve a partial refund
  • Provide store credit
  • Reject the claim

The decision of Kezia Farms regarding refund requests shall be final.

Approval of a refund in one case does not create an obligation to approve future requests.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

If an eligible cancellation is approved, any refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to payment gateway and banking timelines.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Delivery failures caused by customer unavailability
  • Delays caused by courier partners
  • Minor variations in color, texture, aroma, or appearance of natural products
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences
