This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing payments made on the Kezia Farms website.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to this Payment Policy.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Kezia Farms currently accepts online payments through secure payment gateway providers.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Net Banking
  • Wallets
  • Other payment methods supported by our payment gateway partners

We currently use Razorpay for payment processing and may use additional or alternative payment service providers in the future. Available payment options may vary based on your location, device, bank, or payment provider.

2. No Cash on Delivery (COD)

Kezia Farms does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).  All orders must be paid in full before they are processed and shipped. Orders without successful payment confirmation will not be accepted or dispatched.

3. Payment Security

All online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateway providers.

Kezia Farms does not collect, store, or have access to:

  • Card numbers
  • CVV numbers
  • UPI PINs
  • Internet banking passwords
  • Other sensitive payment credentials

Payment information is transmitted directly to the payment gateway through secure encrypted channels.

4. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after:

  • Successful payment authorization, and 
  • Receipt of payment confirmation from the payment gateway

Customers will receive an order confirmation after successful payment processing. If payment authorization fails, the order will not be processed.

5. Payment Failures

In certain circumstances, payments may fail due to:

  • Network interruptions
  • Technical errors
  • Payment gateway issues

Kezia Farms shall not be liable for losses arising from payment failures caused by third-party financial institutions or payment service providers.

Customers may retry payment using the same or an alternative payment method.

6. Duplicate Payments

If a customer believes that they have been charged more than once for the same order, they should contact us immediately.

After verification, any confirmed duplicate payment received by Kezia Farms will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to banking and payment gateway processing schedules.

7. Pricing and Taxes

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and fees, if any, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed. Kezia Farms reserves the right to modify product pricing without prior notice.

However, pricing changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully placed and paid for.

8. Refund Processing

Any approved refunds will be processed according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.

Typical refund timelines may range from 5 to 10 business days after approval.

Kezia Farms is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.

9. Fraud Prevention

To protect customers and our business, Kezia Farms reserves the right to:

  • Refuse suspicious transactions
  • Request additional verification
  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud
  • Report fraudulent activities to relevant authorities

Any payment identified as fraudulent may result in order cancellation without prior notice.

While we strive to maintain uninterrupted payment services, we do not guarantee that payment gateway services will always be available.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to:
